Recommended seller; bundled and despatched 3 purchases in one lot. Fast turnaround. Product - good value overall; quality fixings, amount of timber, clamp (for curved arch) and shaping of material taken into consideration. Fixing bolts for side panels are unnecessarily long causing the socket inserts to pull out breaking the integrity of the fixing. Remedied by shortening each of the bolts which then worked fine. Lattice work parts easily - needs some regluing. One hole hadn’t been drilled.

    Garden enhancer

    This arch fits into my garden beautifully and compliments the Camelia it's supporting.The other side will support a Clematis for summer!! It benefits from a coat of creocote as well. One small downside a couple of the holes for the screws did not line up properly so a small gap is visible but will be covered eventually.

    You get what you pay for

    This is a very reasonably priced archway, and as such, expect some problems. One part of the arch was broken on arrival & had to be glued before assembly. But the worst problem was tightening the bolts with the allen key only to have the housing pull out of the wood. We had to use glue on most of the joins. Having said that, you get what you pay for - don't expect top quality.

    Good for price

    I put 'no' to good quality because it is made of softwood. First thing I did was give it a coat of Cuprinol before assembling it. DO NOT use an electric screwdriver - only hand tighten. I have also added wood screws and wood glue to main joints to reinforce. Being made of softwood, do not put legs direct into the ground - otherwise they will soon rot. Put in 2x1 or 2x2 feet to raise the arch up a little. All in all, it is a grand looking arch perfect for some clematis.

    Attractive wooden arch

    Good value. Be aware that there may be production errors; in my case one arch joint was on the wrong side of the wood but it was still possible to construct.to completion as the look was not important.
