I used your measurements & now I have to pay more postage to return another jacket & re-order yet again. There is just no give in the material & was like a straight jacket on her. Her measurements are 25inch (63cm) length & 28:29 (70cm) width. Should I order large or ex-large ? Can you please respond & I’ll order new one again.
