I was told they could not contact the courier. So the courier had to carry the heavy bases to the front of bungalow. When I spoke to the courier he said the seller could have contacted the courier. I have taken some photographs of some of the bases. They did not look as good as the picture advertising them. However I would not want to return them due to costs. So I am using them.
