My baffle dome arrived well packaged but unfortunately it had not survived its journey via Royal Mail. I contacted the seller directly and they responded very quickly with many apologies and the promise of a replacement. True to their word, a replacement arrived intact 2 days later. I am really pleased with the dome, which is quite sturdy and so far seems to have perplexed the squirrels that had been devouring the contents of the bird feeder.
