It has a 3.5-inch touchscreen with an intuitive interface and comes with a built-in antenna. In addition, this receiver provides turn-by-turn instructions and allows you to drive safely with utmost concentration. It has the traffic information receiver (TMC) to provide alternate routes to reach your destination in case of road congestion.

    It's a Cracker!

    superb piece of kit. I do a lot of door-to-door stuff across North Wales which, for those that don't know, can be quite mountainous, lots of single track roads and your nearest neighbour might be more than a mile away. Giving directions to such places can be a bit long winded (a bit like this review) and sometimes not easy. This Tomtom has the facility to display GPS co-ordinates of your current position (whereas the Go500 I also use doesn't). Makes my day to day job much easier

    I didn't expect this.......

    I bought this version because the first edition was SO good. Instead, this 3rd edition has proved to be unreliable often sending me to places I don't want to go. On one occasion, a left turn 50 yards ahead turned out to be a cycle track. I got a very odd look from a pedestrian that saw me signal left ...only to screech to a halt when I saw that my car would never fit down such a narrow track!
