Very poor quality and sloppy manufacture. The wood was split, some of the screw holes did not line up and one screw was a blank without a groove.
I was unable to contact the seller. It has now been repaired and erected but all in all a very expensive item as I had to pay someone to do it.

Item was late and service poor. I paid on 21-May-24, the item was dispatched 1 WEEK LATER on 28-May-24. I sent 4 messages which the seller ignored until the dispatch date. They then attempted to blame the delay on the bank holiday, but this fell on 27-May-24, a full 6 days after the order was placed. Judging by the number of similar complaints, I suspect this seller is based or sourcing its items from abroad. The only plus is the item was as described but I will never use this seller again.

Sold Used as New. Had been cleaned but they missed a bit. And then when it was spotted I sent them a message 6 days ago and still have had no reply. I would suggest not buying from this supplier as not only did it not arrive as quickly as they advertised it was used before and there customer support has been non-existent. If I didn’t need the tool and after slow delivery plus all this time waiting for a reply I can’t wait any longer.
