The item was delivered and I am assuming it is as described as I have not seen it myself. It was delivered to a tenant. As soon as I ordered the item I realised I needed 2 instead of one. The seller had a pack of 2 for sale which is cheaper than buying 2 individually. I immediately messaged seller to change the order so that I take the 2 pack instead of the single pack I had ordered. The seller never even bothered responding to my message. That I find shocking and won't buy from seller again.

    Good product, does the job perfectly.

    Nice and easy to fit, recommend taking photo of existing terminals, then you can refer to it when you put new one on. Simple pull off and push on new terminals. Had no need to take oven out of cupboard which was a relief.
