Worst experience I've ever had on ebay in 12 years. This lady actually believes I chose the box to be shipped in. She is blaming me because when she went to mail the coat, she found it was going to cost $40.00 more than she entered on her listing. Now she actually thinks I did this on my end. She is new, but obviously never thinks she makes a mistake or won't admit to it. Buyer's beware of this newbie. Totally ignorant and has no idea what she is doing. Still trying to get refunded $422.46.
