CONDITIONS OF SALE .
 
PRICES
Prices given are the recommended retail prices and the appropriate discounts should be deducted. VAT is included and will be shown as an addition on the invoice. Orders can only be accepted on the condition that we have the right to invoice at prices ruling on the date of despatch.
 
 
SAMPLES
All samples requested will be charged for, and credited in full upon return. Samples made specially to customers drawings are non-returnable.
 
 
DELIVERY
Promises are given in good faith and adhered to as far as possible but no responsibility is accepted for unforeseen delays subsequently arising. Offers on goods ex-stock are subject to goods being sold on receipt of acceptance.
 
RETURNS
The return of goods will only be accepted by prior arrangement with the proviso that they are a stock line.
 
LIABILITY FOR DEFECTIVE GOODS
We are prepared to replace free of charge any which is proved to be of defective manufacture. We cannot accept liability for any consequential loss, damage or additional expense as a result of any such defect.
 
RETENTION OF TITLE
The risk in the goods shall pass from the seller to the buyer upon delivery of such goods to the buyer. However, notwithstanding delivery and the passing of risk in the goods, title and property in the goods, including full legal and beneficial ownership, shall not pass to the buyer until the seller has received cash or cleared funds payment in full for all goods delivered to the buyer under this and all other contracts between the seller and the buyer for which payment of the full price of the goods thereunder has not been paid. Payment of the full price of the goods shall include the amount of any interest or other sum payable under the terms of this and all other contracts between the seller and the buyer under which the goods were delivered.
 
I/We hereby acknowledge receipt of a copy of your standard terms and conditions of sale which I/We have read and which I/We accept shall apply to every sale contract entered into between us. In particular, I/We have noted and accept all the conditions relating to the granting of credit, terms of payment and retention of title and property in all goods supplied until all monies outstanding under any sale contract have been received by us by way of cleared funds.
