      Good flavor, but get the MSG-free version of the Original

      If you like rosemary flavor, you will like the Original flavor. I'm not totally educated on the heath concerns of MSG, but I've learned it gives me diarrhea, so just get play it safe and get the version they offer with no MSG. Cactus Dust is just as it says, mesquite flavor. It's kind of like the seasoning on BBQ flavored chips; not really complex or anything to write home about. I tried to substitute it for the blackening seasoning I was using on chicken and I don't recommend it for that.

      Great Seasoning!

      Have used Everglades Seasoning for a long time--it's great especially with chicken and pork. It has some pepper, but is not spicy at all--good for people like me who can't eat hot stuff.
