Item arrived well packaged and [look] good condition however I believed there was an problem.I felt the item should be returned, a label sent and a full refund issued. The seller said I could start a return I felt this was not adequate, indeed through an issue with eBay site I could not initiate a return.After a week it was resolved however as I needed the item working for a job I had to order another one (Amazon) to get me out of trouble :-(
