    It's nice to have a DVD copy of The Work...

    It's nice to have a DVD copy of The Workout video, since I tossed all my VCR tapes years ago. Now I just have to stick to a regular workout schedule. By the way, this is the best workout video I have run across.

    Quality not good...

    It is a good value, enteraining and engaging. One of the best workout videos/DVDs on the market! However, the quality of this DVD was poor, in particular, color is all green. But still an excellent DVD to work out too, if you can ignore the "green" color!

    Fine

    I'm 67. When Jane Fonda first came out with this tape I was younger (You do the math). I did the tape almost every day. Lost a lot of weight doing old fashioned exercising. Somehow misplaced it and now being stuck inside I thought why not. I love it just as much now as I did then.
