What is going on with eBay so many bad sellers’ and this is one of them. I paid it was marked as posted and given an invalid tracking number. After 2 weeks I contacted seller but was ignored. I opened a case, seller came back and said oh it’s not been posted yet I’m happy to refund ( lol like they were doing me a favour.) or shall I post it. I said post please but once again I was ignored. No item I had to go to eBay. Didn’t even say sorry, so very rude and couldn’t care less about the buyer

The buyer sent an email saying the coat had been sent with tracking details but she hadn't received the item. As she hadn't received the item we refunded her the money. We then received abusive emails using bad language from this buyer. We did apologise and also reply to her emails and we refunded.

The seller has answered this feedback with a very dishonest message. They only refunded once I opened a case after telling me twice, they had posted and giving me an invalid tracking number, I actually wanted the item not a refund. Never once did they sorry. But if you look at the stars on this seller you can see they never get 5 stars. Beware.
