I use these folks a lot and the service is usually excellent.
This time they sent the the wrong gauge strings which can happen, nobody is perfect. What was a bit frustrating was that they couldn't just send the correct set. I had to start a return on the original order, then purchase another set of strings shelling out another £13.85 on a new and then wait for the refund on original order. Not a massive issue I suppose bit it was their error yet I had to do all the running about to correct it.
