- It does not look like the picture. Picture shows a stained wood. I got one painted in brown color.
- Paint sticks.
- Paint smells bad. I got nose and throat itchy trying to tune it due to smell.
- I set it outside for 24 hours hoping paint will dry. But, it still sticks and fingers get stick like touching glue side of masking tape. Color is not coming on skin, but just sticky.
- Strings are too close for adult finger to pluck. I would have bought the 4 string version if I knew this.

The seller did a fantastic job. It was packed extremely well. Arrived from India to UK without even a scratch. Looked beautiful. Very nice and rich sound. Had a padded bag. Was as described on the website. Build quality matches the price. The seller was very helpful in selecting the right harmonium. My only negative comment is that the padded bag doesn't have any carry handles. That would have made it a completely positive review.
