Return was not refused and was a simple case of miscommunication and was rectified within minutes, a full refund issued. Kept communication with the customer, reassuring the issue will be resolved. We regard customer service as paramount. We offer free returns, have no problems refunding items in good condition. Customer was refunded within minutes of messaging us. This negative comment is quite unfair and does not represent us as a company. A little bit of understanding is all that was needed.
