They delivered the wrong item, did say they would arrange collection and deliver what I ordered. It did arrive, I messaged and was told it was a mix up and would be delivered 3 days later. Then received a message saying they couldn’t organise an exchange and I would have to return and then reorder. Totally unhelpful considering it was their error.
