There was no contact from the seller regarding when this order would be delivered. Tuesday morning it was windy & raining heavily & had been all night. I went out the front door at 6.10am and was greeted with the worktop outside the front door in full sight from the road. It had a thin cardboard on that was soaked the thin plastic and cardboard was ripped off and the worktop was uncovered. It wasn't there at 21.15 the night before & no one knocked on the door. I was offered £7.15 refund!!!

One work top wad damaged under the cardboard packaging, offered 15% back after viewing the photos showing the damage, but then changed their minds. I had it delivered on 07/03 but wasn’t opened by carpenter until the 01/04. Can clearly see it was under the packaging, Did not open package to check them because before fitting because i didn’t want them damaged. Nice work tops but not very good customer service
