The hexclad pan set cost me £290 it was just left on my front door step through the day? No 1 was home to sign for it or take delivery of it? and ups didn’t deliver to a neighbour? The box was stolen from my front door step and bid city took no responsibility for it ups are not taking responsibility for it?? So I am now left £290 out of pocket!! Stay well away from this company there policies and customer service are diabolical!!!

Customer service is great. Item was dispatched the same day it was purchased and delivered the next day. Although, the parcel was clearly marked as delivered with photographic evidence, the buyer said that he had not received it. I opened up an investigation with ups (on the customers behalf, as he was not prepared to do it himself) I sent them 3 follow up emails and eventually got a claims form to fill out on the customers behalf. The claim was denied as the item had been delivered!
