Delivered a large grit bin in error, but quickly sent the correct item by courier and collected the wrong item themselves, so overall no grumbles. Poo bin is substantial but very expensive. Sadly not much else on the market so they have a captive audience. I do think for the high price of the plastic bin delivery should have been free.
