Surprisingly good
These gel cushions saved my feet at a wedding I attended. I was in very high heels and felt comfortable all day. Very good quality and a washable, reusable item which I was not expecting. These pads are narrow enough to fit in any shoe but board enough for your feet to be comfortable.

Need sticking in place.
The idea is a good one. However the pads are not very adhesive, and therefore they kept slipping in the shoe and I have since lost one. Will have to look for an alternative.
