    Packed with information

    Interesting & informative- not only to you get the key facts about the whiskies themselves but also a potted history, local history and folklore of the area each whisky is produced. Good photo's and illustrations make it easy to read and understand. Even for a non whisky drinker the editorial captures the imagination and tantalises the mind if not the tastebuds. I bought this to take to a relaitve in Kenya who is fascinated about Whisky - he is always asking about the different Malts, what are blends?, why and how are they different? While I have good Scottish knowledge being a non whisky drinker his questions could be taxing. I bought this to take for him in December...but I have to admit it will be quite well thumbed by then I am finding it quite interesting myself!... P.C.C Bishop ...
