Payed for a piece of a4 faux leather, what arrived was a piece measuring 6 x 7 in. All they whated to do, is give me a refund of 15%. Don't deal with them. They don't what to give you a refund when the product is not as it states

The item came in poor condition. It was crushed up.
Also the advert is very misleading as it says 5x Valentine Day Gift Single Rose Flowers Bouquet.
I was expecting 5 of them but only received one.
Other adverts on this same site state 1x single rose.
I am very disappointed with this product.
