    So very happy with these retainers, the customer service and the overall ease of this order. Any messages i sent through Ebay were responded to within 24hrs and Mark was very helpful. The instructions for the moulds were very clear and the shipping time from start to finish was rapid. The retainers fit perfectly and although a little deeper on my gumline than my previous retainers, (from another company) they are very comfy and don't cut in. They aren't super tight but that isn't an issue.

    Very quick turnaround, item identical to what the orthodontist supplied - but 1/3 of the price. My son lost his retainer on a Friday night, and his gap opened up… we were told they couldn’t make a retainer from the scans, so he was either stuck with a gap, or we could pay privately to have it closed - we got them to make a retainer from a new cast, ordered this and everything back to perfect after 3 days. Highly recommended - I’m going to order a backup I think!

The instructions sent were clear to follow, with pictures for guides, and enough putty/mouth mould to have 2 tries if needed. Easy and quick to do and send off recorded delivery. Received product within 3 days and looked just like my original invisalign retainer. Fits snug enough to hold the position needed. Very happy overall.
