Delving into issues such as violence, eroticism, alienation, fantasy, sexuality, religion, genetic engineering and morality, the body in comtemporary art is contrasted with its representation in works by Caravaggio, Antoine Wiertz, Artemisia Gentileschi and Hieronymous Bosch. Li nks with fashion and music are provided by images of Alexander McQueen and Keith (Prodigy) respectively.
