    Great book

    Being a fervent forager, and owning a few fungi reference books, I have something to compare this to. Geoff's book is a good read, very well thought out/laid out, very informative and has great photos to back it up. Whilst it doesn't cover 1000's of fungi, it does cover all that's required from an enthusiast's point of view. Recommended.

    Love this book!

    I have several tomes on the subject of mushrooms, this is the first one that bothered to teach me anything, from translations of all the terms I see in the other books, to interesting anecdotes that improves my understanding. My only wish is that it had MORE mushrooms in!

    Excellent Book!

    Thick book with actual pictures of mushrooms! Very descriptive; tells you if mushroom is edible, not edible, hallucinaxionogenic or poisonous! Certainly I would recommend this book for everyone!
