    I bought a Chauvet B-250 from this seller. The item I received was not as described in the listing. The machine didn t even turn on. It also was in very poor condition overall. This does not match the description, which stated that the machine works great with open box condition. Despite this, the seller was extremely quick to give me a FULL refund. I would give the seller a second chance. Maybe just ask for more detailed pictures before making a purchase from the seller.

    New seller so has some learning to do. Bought 5 hats, asked seller to combine, wouldn’t do it, so proceeded to pay 25$ for shipping, shipped them all together, when in reality should of been shipped individually. Then the photo showed a sample sticker, when it arrived the sticker was gone, asked about it and they just said they took it off, seller should picture the item as it will arrive, not take things off. So yeah seller needs to work on shipping and relating to customers, bad experience.

    This buyer wanted every hat at a discount and wanted me to combine the shipping when the hats were already at a discounted rate so he could get a better deal. I’m not running a charity.
