Responded to buyer within 24 hours and also refunded full cost of item and excess postage charge. I always resolve any issues i am made aware of , but need to be given a reasonable time to do so

I have sold 27 of these chargers and used the same postage on every other one with no problems at all - not sure what Royal Mail are up to with this one, but if you had bothered to contact me before leaving feedback, i would have happily resolved the issue for you. I can only do this if i am made aware of the problem !!!
