I paid for this item including shipping May 16 and it has not even been shipped yet. I contacted this person and asked them when they were planning on shipping it and they told me oh sorry New Phone didn’t get notifications. Then they asked did I still want it? I said of course I do I paid for it and they never responded. I want my money back today. I have never had such a negative experience on eBay before.
