This service will be decided by Dynatex Ltd and is based on the type of product and the location your goods are being dispatched to. You must be present to sign for you goods. All standard Royal Mail postal services normally arrive within 3 working days. The is not guaranteed, and all orders can take up to 15 working days before any lost or delayed delivery claims can be processed.

RETURNS:
 
Returning an item you have purchased by mistake or are the wrong size etc:
 
 
We will endeavour to provide as much information within the content of our product pages to allow you to make an informed decision on your purchase. However, should you require to return any product, we will allow you to do so within 30 days of purchase. Please open a return request through your eBay purchase stating "made a mistake". You will have to arrange the return of the goods yourself and track them using a reputable carrier or use the return process supplied by eBay. We ask that you do everything possible to ensure the goods are returned to us in good condition and if possible with their original packaging. Please include a copy of the complete returns form. We will refund the total cost of the goods, minus a restocking charge when we receive the goods back in a resalable condition. We reserve the right to charge a restocking charge.
 
Returning an item that is faulty:
 
If we have supplied an item that is faulty or goes faulty in the first 30 days of receipt we will supply you a pre paid returns label. Please open a return request through your eBay purchase stating "faulty/damaged". (Please put a copy of the returns with the goods.) Should we ( and sometimes the manufacturer ) upon receipt of said items be satisfied as to the alleged defects we will either replace the goods or arrange a refund of the full value of the goods and any carriage costs incurred.

If we have supplied an item incorrectly we will supply you a pre paid returns label. Please open a return request through your eBay purchase stating "wrong item". (Please put a copy of the returns with the goods.) None returnable goods:
 
We will not accept returns of none stock goods, Consumables, Gasses, Oils, Lubricants, Perishables, or specially ordered items. This is simply because most of our suppliers will not accept these items back. When possible, with agreement from our suppliers to accept such returned goods, a handling charge at their discretion will apply (To be advised). Vehicles sold on my shop are for personal sale, and we do not accept returns. Any vehicle sold is purchased sold as seen.
 
 
WARRANTY:
 
We offer a return to base policy only. Being a distributor for many products, in certain cases (depending on product manufacturer) some will allow a collection process at no cost to you. This is subject to the warranty claim being accepted.
 
Should you have received faulty goods please call 01633 676800 before the items are returned.
 
We will process your claim, and if the goods are found to be faulty, a replacement will be supplied free of charge. Should however the returned item be damaged or abused no replacement or credit will be given. Return charge of your goods will apply. It is the responsibility of the customers to return goods to our choice of destination within UK mainland should they be damaged on arrival, under warranty or no longer required.

    Large Orbital Sander

    This is a good quality well put together sander at a fantastic price. However it is fairly large and heavy & I have had trouble getting replacement discs with the correct extraction hole spacing. One other matter to mention is the fact that you can easily purchase spare backing pads, an issue I have had with some other makes in the past. Overall however I am pleased with this addition to my toolkit, good for heavy duty sanding, just what I was after.

    GMC orbital sander.

    A great sander with 5" & 6" bases. Both are hook and loop fixing making quick sheet changes easy. Another great touch is the quick release front handle for changing the holding position. Variable speed control and a nice comfortable grip on both handles. The cable is nice and long. Spare brushes are included as well as a sanding disc and vacuum connections. One thing I would have liked with this sander is a case to store it in, but all round a great bit of kit at a really good price.

    upto the job small ot large

    the sander is very well made, using it with the 150 sanding discs. the aditional. handle gives greater contol in its use. the dust box fiited to the rear does a good job ay collectimg although the unit can be attached. to a vaccuum using tje connrctor provided. the cord is about 2 meters and the additional 100mm disc head allows for uae of small saanding discs. very happy with my purchase an exceptional sander for the moneyup to

    Excellent value for money, good quality, used for solid surface worktops, not used the dust collector as connected to vacuum cleaner. Far superior to my old Macalister from B&Q for similar cost

    False advertising on this item

    Unfortunately the motor was not working properly after two days of work. doesn't fit normal sand disc's plus doesnt say on there website you must buy there own disc's to fit its no good when you work for a factory. The holes don't line up so the dust goes everywhere. Geoffrey
