Seller than emails me and tells me first "cue was out of stock", then states "distributer raised their cost" and they cancelled my order! Their reason given to eBay was some bull about my address being incorrect. (I've been a registered eBay user for over 20 years). THEN.. they instantly reposted the auction for a higher price! How is that even allowed? We maintained our old retail price until our stock was depleted. Unfortunately, our wholesale cost then exceeded this old retail price. Our store system is linked with third-party suppliers, and after we removed the cue due to stock issues, it was automatically relisted by a supplier at the new, higher price the next day. This was not an intentional action to mislead. We understand your frustration and are working to improve our systems.
