The bed was a lot lower than I thought. Makes the ottoman feature very useless. There was damage. The instructions were completely useless and even the seller said to not follow it. The instructions did not match and sections were missing. Communication was ok although delayed. Seller left me on read when I sent my complaints. Delivered wrong colour which I didn't mind.

Communication leaves a lot to be desired , I think the product looks good to purchase but the after sales is useless .I have tried to approach in the correct manner but to no avail , my bed was delivered eventually and I paid two men to try put together but the parts did not line up hence I had to contact the seller he just gave me a phone number to call but no luck there either so will not be giving positive feedback as it cost to try to put together but not as it should have been
