Excellent and commuicative seller and a nice quality rug. I'm very pleased that the color was exactly as pictured and its texture is soft and absolutely no odor. I had ordered a different rug from another seller about a month prior and that one still smells. Also, I begged for expedited delivery and even when I got a bit demanding ;) -- the seller remained professional and friendly and tried his best to accommodate me, which he did.
