It's difficult to give feedback on this item because I never received it. USPS says they delivered it. Doubt if it was stolen. My guess is a misdelivery. I checked with USPS and signed a missing package form. Corresponded with the seller at least two times letting them know I hadn't reveived it. They gave suggestions but were not angry about it. They seem to believe me. The item was not a high value purchase ($11-13)so I just let it go.
