The item was sold with ‘free’ postage. However, the case took over three weeks to reach me as the postage was underpaid and I had to pay Royal Mail an additional £3.50 for them to release the package. The item was inadequately wrapped and postage underpaid. The case itself was in good condition but the vendor did not respond to my request thar he refund the additional postage charge. The vendor did not respond to most of my messages and the matter was only resolved with eBay.

Free postage means postage included in the cost of item. You did not send any proof of underpayment. Item was weighed and paid at post office. You received a full refund from ebay after claiming not to have received the item. When it arrived you have not returned or refunded the seller but want to claim £3.50 extra on top of a free £25 item. Sheer Greed
