Both toppers had been bent in half and rolled by factory machine which seems to have caused damage to the foam. In addition to this, one of them in particular was dirty and the sides seeme dlike big chunks of foam had been ripped out. Mattress as soft as wool and not high density reflex foam. Sent messages but no response and no action was taken by seller. Escalated to eBay.
