When it did not arrive I contacted seller for tracking data and got no response. On 25 July I left negative feedback and communications opened up. The seller got right involved, located the package and it was delivered late on the 25th. He shipped within two days and the item was packed well and exactly as advertised. FedEx took 7 days to deliver the package. If I would have had tracking data all of this would have been avoided.
