ORDERING INFORMATION
1. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm London Time, excluding public holidays and days we have mentioned in the next point. Orders placed outside of our working hours will be processed the next business day.
2. We do not process orders during public holidays and during following days: January 1, January 6, Easter Monday (movable feast), May 1, May 2, May 3, Corpus Christi (movable feast), August 15, November 1, November 11, December 24, December 25, December 26.
3. Combined shipping of a few items is possible. Add desired items to the basket and go to the checkout. eBay will calculate the shipping cost automatically.
4. You will receive a confirmation email from us after placing an order. It will contain a link to your Order Summary page where you can check all details of your order, current status and a history of all emails sent to you by our system. Once the parcel is sent the page will also contain the tracking number and invoice. The order summary page is unique just for your order and no one without the link is able to see it.
5. An electronic invoice for the purchase of goods will be sent to your email by our system in the email with the tracking number. We do not enclose paper invoices. Check SPAM folder on your email inbox if you have not received email with the invoice. THe invoice is in PDF format and some email operators might mark the email as SPAM.
6. Before purchasing, please make sure that the supplement or its ingredients are not on the prohibited list in your country. We are not responsible for the consequences of such purchases.

If something went wrong, please contact us before leaving negative feedback! Any problem will be resolved by our support team. We always will do the best for both sides to be happy!
SHIPPING INFORMATION
1. We usually dispatch orders within 1-2 working days after receiving payment. Sometimes we might need to ask a buyer some questions to complete the order properly. We can extend the shipping time up to 3 working days in such cases.
2. All items will be dispatched to the address given on the order details. Make sure it is correct and include both door number and the street name. We cannot change the delivery address after the package has been shipped. Please ensure that somebody is available on the given address to collect the parcel. If the parcel will be returned because you provided an incorrect address or you did not collected the parcel we will deduct the return shipping cost from a refund as we are charged by the carriers in such situations.
3. You can check the shipping cost to your country in the Postage and payments tab. You can also add the desidered items to the basket and eBay will calculate the shipping cost to your location automatically.
4. At the time we hand over the parcel to a courier you will receive an email from our system that will contain the tracking number and a link to the parcel tracking page of the carrier we used. We send tracked parcels via: FedEx, DPD, Postal Services.

- Economy Shipping throughout Europe: 5 - 20
- Express delivery outside Europe: 3 - 8
5. Please remember, delivery time presented on eBay is estimated. It may be impacted by many factors beyond our control once the parcel leaves our facility (for example: carier s operational delay, weather conditions, peak periods, situation on the borders, etc.). We suggest to order items well in advance if you have a special occasion or event that you wish to use the item for.
6. Parcel damaged during transport: if upon delivery the parcel looks damaged, please refuse delivery and fill the damaged parcel report with a courier. In all cases if the parcel is damaged and if you choose to accept it please sign for the item as damaged and report to us as soon as possible and at least within 12 hours of delivery.
7. For buyers located outside the European Union: import duties, taxes and other local fees are not included in the item s price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Since BREXIT this also applies to buyers from the United Kingdon (except Northern Ireland which still is a part of the EU). We are not responsible for shipments stopped by the customs office in the country of destination. Customers are solely responsible for complying with local laws and paying all local taxes and import duties.
RETURNS
1. We offer 30 days return policy for a refund or exchange starting from the moment you receive the order. Applies to unopened, unused and intact products.
2. Please contact us first before returning the order so that we provide a correct return address for your order. Parts do not necessarily go back to the location from which they shipped. Please, mark your parcel with your eBay name or RET number received from us. This will speed up the refund or exchange process.
3. The customer is obliged to return the product in a condition not exceeding what is necessary to establish the nature of the product, as well as its characteristics and functioning. The customer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the item as a result of using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. If the item is found to have been used in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature of the product, the value is reduced by the amount constituting the cost of bringing the goods to factory condition.
4. The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives to our warehouse - remember to pack the item in a way that will avoid any damage in tranit. Carriers very often do not handle parcels delicately. Items returned in damaged condition will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
5. Buyer returns the order on his expense. We do not send return labels or cover return costs for incorrectly purchased items, even if you select Does not fit , Wrong item sent or Item does not match the description as a reason of the return. We arrange returns only if the item was defective or there was something wrong on our side. Defective item will be inspected upon arrival. Any misuse of the return process will be reported to eBay customer support.
6. All returned items are verified before refunds are given. If the buyer selected a wrong reason of return on purpose just to receive a pre-paid return label then we will deduct the return shipping cost from the refund and we will report that situation to the eBay Customer Support.
7. Once the return arrives to our warehouse we will process the refund or exchange within 2 working days. We do not accept COD returns.
8. Refusal to collect the parcel, failure to collect the parcel on time or failure to deliver the parcel due to the incorrect address provided by the customer in the order is NOT considered as a return of the order. In such situations, our company is charged by the carrier for return. The return shipping cost is higher than the cost of shipping to the customer. In this case, the amount of the refund will be reduced by the costs of return, which we have been charged by the carrier.
