Avoid seller like the plague! Ordered 1/2" flat rubber washers and was sent 3/4" washing machine washers instead! Contacted seller with photo clearly showing the error to report the issue, was told categorically "the item is correct". Explained in detail why it is not, quoting sizes etc..., received a very arrogant response advising me to "consult a plumber". Total bad faith, totally arrogant, clueless seller. Getting my money back under money back guarantee! Shocking & disgusting service!

In this listing we do clearly state these are BSP (british standard plumbing size and not metric) We even give the equivalent size in metric. We actually explain why the item is correct, we invited the buyer to return the goods, We just got insults and abuse for actually understanding the product and trying to help the customer from the customer.
