Shipped “expedited” package 18 days after purchase. Overcharged for shipping. Sent defective drive without any shock or static protection and then gaslit and argued with me about the return. Frakking scammy behavior.

The drive was shipped 4 days late. It was shipped properly and confirmed in working condition before shipping. You’ve been incredibly rude when I’m trying to help you get the drive working since it seems you clearly have no idea what you’re doing when formatting a drive. I did not argue with you but corrected your incorrect statements. Don’t be rude to people and they won’t have to give the same energy back

Refuses to accept the return for their defective product. Will have to have eBay intervene to get my money back from this fraudulent seller. Amazingly, I ordered a replacement from a new seller and it will be here Monday. I wish this seller had been as concerned about the buying experience. One of the worst domestic buying experiences I've had in 20 years on eBay. Hope they learn better seller etiquette than to tell me it wasn't their fault because "I have a full time job and a life".
