It’s economical and good for the environment because it’s only one big bottle going to recycling instead of several. Buy the pumps for the bottles and it’s even easier to use and even more economical. It was well packed up so in good condition when it arrived. Highly recommend.

Not good. This could have been prevented if the item had been wrapped in some bubble wrap instead of just being placed in a plastic postal bag. Having said that, I would still purchase from this seller in the future as this may have been a one-off. I didn't bother reporting the damage to the seller as the hair paste was for my own use.
