Does exactly what it says on the tin, unpack, plug in and start walking. The treadmill is compact, quiet and the hand rail can be easily folded. The unit is has transportation wheels making it easy to move. Ideal first treadmill for this 66yr old with a dodgy back. Overall very Happy.
