Seller never sent item (although marked as despatched), after 3 weeks I raised a "not received" case, seller REFUSED to send item unless I closed the case, Seller insisted this was the correct process and it was my responsibility they didn't send as I had opened the case. Having double checked with ebay they assured me this was not correct and refunded my payment. Seller very UNHELPFULL and RUDE, Cannot recommend!!!
