It said free postage,so bought it for £6.99. But then found out I had to pay Royal Mail when a silver card was delivered to the house about paying £3.50.!! and getting it delivered or picked up. So I paid and got it delivered today as requested. I have been in touch with the bag company, who said it was up to me to contact Royal mail to find out why I was charged postage etc. But surely they should have known why. It will probably happen to other people buying supposedly free postage items !!
