Seller was very responsive and reply to my query straight way. Good communication, responsive seller. It was Royal Mail post man deliver the item into wrong address despite package labelled with correct address. I have received my item in good condition and genuine product, good value for money. Packing was adequate but could put in a box rapped with bubble rap rather than in an insulated envelope. As it could get squashed and damaged. But, overall I am happy with the service from seller.
