They have a very intentional pattern of defrauding their customers: first, they offer a hard-to-find media item at what looks like a pretty good price, but with a long shipping window. Then they never send the item, which they almost certainly never possessed in the first place. They are banking on the customer forgetting to follow up so they can keep the money.
