Rod arrived on time, new and in box as advertised.
On the USPS website it looked like the item did not get dropped off at the post office for over a week, but the seller told me the USPS website doesn’t always update status immediately. He was right. Item arrived before status updated.

Blinds were new and exactly as advertised. A family member broke one of the the previous set of 3 blinds that were in the family room. (note blinds came with the home that was purchased in 2019 and are no longer in production).
This seller came to the rescue, as all I had to do was pop the old blinds out of the brackets and pop in these new ones.
Shipping was a bit slow, but seller had nothing to do with delivery pace of the USPS Ground Advantae service.

Total clown show. Supposed to be 30 units in each of two orders. One came with 25. The other with 26. Next, three of the units were broken and taped together. When I left a message for the seller to make it right, he asked for pictures? How do I take pictures of items that he shorted me on? Feel he is just trying to give me a run around. Would advise thinking twice before dealing with this seller. I won't make the same mistake again.
