Item took 9 days to arrive it came 3 days later than another package ordered at the same time. I ordered a battery pack in used condition like the pictures he showed on the post. The seller sent me a battery pack broken that is cracked in 3 different places that will break all the way soon.was not worth my money, will not buy from this seller again.

Buyer ordered late Friday before a long holiday weekend (new years). We shipped the next business day which was a Tuesday. If the battery pack was indeed broken (which I highly doubt because it was not broken when packed), we would gladly have made things right with a replacement or a refund but the buyer never reached out. The buyer is new to eBay and clearly doesn't know how government holidays and business days work. They are impatient and entitled!
