I have a 2012 XF, got the 'Camera unavailable - contact dealer' message.
Ordered these as you get four for less money than one 'Genuine' unit.
So, I replaced all rear sensors at once as I didn't know which had failed.
Problem solved. Turned out the offside sensor above the exhaust outlet was the culprit.

2 out of 4 bulbs survived Evri's delivery. thankfully i only needed to change 2 bulbs on the customers car , the other two weren't needed in the end. Seller did offer a refund or replacement, but wasn't required in the end. just better packing in future might help.
