Based on the photos the shorts appear to be fitted and I wrote the seller that my quads were larger at 25” and asked if the shorts would fit in my legs.
The seller responded quickly and replied that if needed he would modify the leg openings.
I ordered a 36” waist even though I wear a 34” in jeans because my experience has been leather items run small. The 36 fits well and the quality is good my disappointment is the legs are not fitted like the photo but very wide so I will tailor them.

I like price and time frame on bidding. When the invoice came in with shipment charge not on the item description or what I received from Ebay informing me I won/offer accepted. I contacted the seller and informed them I authorized full payment including shipping, but felt the way shipping was added after not being disclosed was misleading.
